Both Paul Spooner, Chief Executive, Ebbsfleet Development Corporation and Rob Bennett, Chairman, Thames Gateway Kent Partnership will be on hand to update delegates on progress since last year.

Mr Spooner will be taking the opportunity at the North Kent B2B to update the delegates on the progress that has been made since the Development Corporation was set up last year, and talk about the exciting plans for Garden City, including the forthcoming consultation on the draft masterplan.

Rob Bennett from the TGKP will then be discussing ‘Delivering sustainable growth in North Kent’.  Offering delegates the latest news about the Thames Gateway, with a particular focus on the Kent part of the Gateway including the new Thames Estuary Growth Commission and the implementation of our new Enterprise Zone.  In this part of the session Mr Bennett will be asking for delegates’ views on the key challenges currently facing businesses in North Kent. Finally there will be a general Q & A.
