As Chief Executive Jo has overall responsibility for ensuring the Chamber meets the needs of its members and has a sound financial footing.

“Kent Invicta Chamber is one of the largest Chambers in the South East and most certainly one of the most active.

I am very proud of that fact and will continue to ensure that we build upon this to make Kent Invicta Chamber ‘the most active Chamber’ in the South East giving maximum benefit to our membership and the business community as a whole’. We are very fortunate to have an excellent Team of people who are all dedicated to delivering a quality service to our membership”.

(Deputy Chief Executive)

Tudor is an experienced multi sector Commercial Director with extensive knowledge of both the corporate and SME environment. A part qualified accountant, business adviser and first class communicator.

In addition to deputising for the CEO, Tudor’s remit is to explore new areas of non-subscription revenue whilst continuing to develop and expand the Business Support and International activities of the Chamber.

Audrey joined the Chamber as PA to the Chief Executive in December 2009 after spending 4 years living and working in Maryland, USA.

Audrey assists the Chief Executive with her everyday working needs and also works on a fusion of other tasks within the Chamber.

She was part of the team working on the 2 Seas Trade Project, helping Kent Businesses trade with Belgium, Netherlands and France, which ran for 4 years; she is looking forward to the continued work with 2 Seas Trade Projects.

Audrey has a corporate background working as a PA for an International Company in London for 17 years; she also has experience in the Adult Education and Travel sector.

Audrey is also part of the Export Documentation Team.

Amanda helps with room bookings and catering requirements for the excellent conferencing and training facilities that can accommodate small meetings to large conferences, from 2 – 100 delegates here at the Chamber head office in Ashford.

She is also the companies receptionist looking after our daily visitors.

Angela works in the events team. Her role consists of looking after our current events programme.

Angela will communicate with clients and venues to plan exciting events that benefits our members.

In addition, she is the Young Chamber representative.

Ben assists within the Kent and Medway Growth Hub.

A first-class communicator with exceptional customer service and networking skills, Ben comes to the Chambers with a background of account management within the finance sector, along with various private sector customer service and administration experience.

Beverley has been with the Chamber for over 26 years and works on the company accounts.

As well as accounts she is also part of the Export Documentation Team.

Charlotte joins the Chamber having done a years Apprenticeship in Business Administration at NVQ level.

She works alongside Angela in the events team looking after the many events that the Chamber has to offer. She primarily looks after the Chamber’s sector focus groups (KCFG & KMFG).

Having worked in accounts for over 30+ years, Clare brings her experience to the Kent Invicta Chamber looking after the Credit Control for the company.

Professional background in the private and public sectors both in France and in the UK – mainly in communications and translation.

She is happy to be at the Kent and Medway Growth Hub as it means being involved in the economic development of the local community.

Emma worked within the travel and leisure sector for over 15 years, ranging from tour operations with Saga Holidays to the hotel industry as Sales Manager working for Marston Hotels, Mercure and Best Western amongst others.

Following this, Emma worked as an Account Manager and Product Manager for the KM Media Group, specialising on the Kent Business and What’s On portfolios.

Emma now heads up the membership team here at the Chamber of Commerce looking after the members and the Membership Services Co-ordinators and events team.

Graham is a graduate of the Institute of Export, holds the diploma of the Asset Based Finance Association, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and of the National Association of Commercial Finance Brokers.

He has spent his working life in UK and international trade, and commercial trade finance. His core experience is in supply chain logistics and documentary credits together with sales and sourcing of the most appropriate finance facilities for UK, as well as import and export situations.

Julia joins us at the Chamber having had experience working for a membership organisation in the past.

She has previously worked in facilities and as a receptionist.Julia works for the membership team looking after our current members and making sure that everyone is getting the most out of the benefits on offer.

Based at the Medway office, Kaz is the main membership contact for North Kent.

She has lived and worked within the North Kent area for almost 25 years giving her a depth and on-going knowledge which help her to understand the key factors affecting the area.

Kaz is passionate about helping Kent businesses to succeed.

Martin is a full-time Business Adviser assisting Kent-based companies to plan and fund their development and growth, both in the UK and internationally.

For over 10 years Nicola has been working within a Business Support and Customer Service environment.

Her main role here is dealing with the reporting function within the Growth Hub, inputting and collating data for internal and external partners.

She also assists with entering the data of our Sales Adviser’s Activity in order to compile the service level agreement reports. Other duties also include maintenance for our database, and general support in the office.

Paul joins us at the Chamber with over 15 years of marketing experience.

He oversees the marketing activity for the Chamber, this involves doing the whole process of PR and marketing strategies to the creative side of promotional literature, advertising and artwork.

He runs our marketing plan, develops marketing material to generate sales leads, producing press releases, updating the companies website and landing pages, creating and sending out eCampaigns and overseeing the companies social media channels.

Pete has been with the Chamber for over 11 years and is always at hand to help out our visitors and staff a like, nothing is too much trouble.

He ensures the smooth operation of the conference facilities and maintains the grounds and premises as well.

Philip comes to the Chamber from a background working with a consultancy involved in local regeneration.

He currently helps run the business support department at the Chamber, co-ordinating advisers, collating information and general administration, as well as providing some of the less intensive, broader business support.

He also helps run the social media services for the Kent and Medway Growth Hub.
