During this bite-sized recording, come and hear from Joe Martin from Towergate, who will be discussing workplace trends and how they can change the future of business priorities.

About this Session:

In this recording, we will look at the trends in the workplace that some companies are experiencing now and some trends that are predicted down the road.

These trends look from the people’s point of view, whether that is from a generational approach, economy approach or even personal wellbeing approach.

According to statistics, happy and positive employees improve business outcomes and can even lead to a 23% increase in profits (Source: Gallup).

So, we will be looking at tips on how we can put in quick fixes, also long-term plans to better support a productive working environment.

It we be no surprise to anyone that we should concentrate on creating positivity among employees, with a staggering statistic.

17 million working days were lost due to work-related stress, depression, and anxiety in 2021/22 (Source: HSE).

This recording will cover things you can adopt to improve positivity and wellbeing at your workplace.
