Tom, based in Ashford, brings his expertise in residential property matters to the team. He’s skilled at handling complex transactions like leaseholds and new builds. Hannah, located in Gillingham, strengthens our family law department with her experience in divorce settlements, child arrangements, and property disputes.

Meet Our New Partners

Tom Bexhell, Partner, Residential Property: Since becoming a solicitor in 2020, Tom has excelled in handling complex residential property transactions, including leaseholds, shared ownership, and new builds. He is an expert in all aspects of buying and selling homes, from remortgages to transfers of ownership.

Hannah Stanford, Partner, Family Law: Hannah joined Martin Tolhurst in 2013 and became a solicitor in 2018. Specialising in family law, she has a proven record of success in cases involving children, financial settlements after separation, and property disputes. Hannah is known for finding solutions that work for her clients, saving them time and money whenever possible.
