Benenden Hospital Launches New Patient Loyalty Programme

First in UK for a private hospital

Benenden Hospital has announced the launch of a new patient loyalty programme, the first of its kind for a private hospital in the UK.

The programme, My Benenden Hospital Rewards, gifts self-funding patients with points when they pay for a consultation, treatment or service, diagnostic test or scan at the hospital.

For each £1 spent, patients are rewarded with one point. These points can then be redeemed for money off future treatments and services at the CQC rated Outstanding private hospital.

Those signing up also earn 1,000 points for joining the programme and 2,000 points for referring friends or family members, or by sharing their treatment experience with others.

Patients can check their balance and redeem their rewards at any time via the My Benenden Hospital Rewards app or desktop portal.
