10 Marketing Tips For 2024
Marketing is a really important part of your business strategy, guiding your activity and leading to growth.

1: Review your target audience – has it changed, are there new ones, do some need to be removed?
2: Review your key messages – are you telling your customers what they want and need to know? When did you last refresh your messaging?
3: Make a plan – tell the right people, the right messages, at the right time. Points 1 and 2 will make this easier!
4: Customer service – can you improve anywhere? It’s such a big deal – make sure you’re getting it right to stop your customers from going elsewhere.
5: Reviews & case studies – ask for reviews so others know you are good! Present case studies to show more in-depth, what you do.
6: Referral scheme – reward your loyal brand ambassadors.
7: Advertising – are there opportunities you should be taking up and creating budget for?
8: Editorial – are there publications who can take your information, story or opinion piece?
9: Branding – is it saying the right thing about your company and what you do? Is it clear and professional?
10: Networking – get out there in 2024 and meet people to talk about your business, plus find out about theirs too. Connections are vital in business!
