Join well-being leaders and teams at our contemporary breakfast networking event with a focus on well-being in the workplace, in partnership with Eastwell Manor Champney’s Hotel & Spa.
“60 percent of employees say they’d feel more motivated and more likely to recommend their organisation as a good place to work if their employer took action to support mental wellbeing”
We would like to invite you to join us for an event rich in Health & Wellbeing held on the beautiful, tranquil grounds of Eastwell Manor in the Rose Garden Room.
Your day will commence at 7:30am followed by a delicious healthy breakfast from 8am with Chai Seed pots, Champney’s granola compote pots, a selection of open bagels and a variety of fruit accompanied by smoothie shots and other fruit juices.
Hear from Stephanie Unthank from Infinity Wellness Project who will deliver an inspiring session on workplace wellness. Harnessed with this, you will gain tools to help you transform your awareness of well-being in the work place.
You will have the chance to network with like-minded local businesses and have an opportunity to experience a five minute mini-treatment from an Eastwell Manor, Champneys Hotel & Spa therapist to ease the tension and refresh you for the rest of your working day.
This event is sponsored by Cantium Business Solutions;
We collaborate with your team to create a bespoke HR, IT, Finance or Professional Services solution that works for you. By removing the hassle and frustration of managing these back-office processes, you can focus on driving business growth.
Our training is here to support you to manage health and wellbeing proactively, minimise the impact of mental ill health on your business and your employees, and promote and maintain healthy workplaces.
We’ll work alongside you to deliver training designed to educate employees to recognise the signs that someone may need support with their mental health and offer help on a first aid basis. Upon completion of the two-day course, which is accredited by Mental Health First Aid England, employees will become certified as a Mental Health First Aider.
