Harry Spencer
Commercial Director, Presence & Co.

Harry Spencer joined Presence & Co. in 2020, bringing with him a wealth of leadership experience. Since stepping into the role, Harry has been instrumental in scaling the business, transitioning it from Integra Property Management to the thriving company it is today, with an impressive portfolio exceeding £350 million.

Prior to Presence & Co. Harry built a solid foundation in business and people management. He served as Operations Director at One Warwick Park Hotel for six years, where his strategic approach to leadership led to great business success.


Richard Lennard
Economic Partnerships Manager, London Gatwick

In his role as Economic Partnerships Manager, Richard Lennard works with a wide range of stakeholders, including local authorities, economic partnerships, local businesses, tourism organisations and education providers, to ensure that London Gatwick is a partner and advocate for a thriving resilient local economy.

London Gatwick is a vital piece of the UK’s national infrastructure and is also a major driver for both the regional and national economies. Richard Lennard, Economic Partnerships Manager, will present an update on the airport’s current operations and future plans as London Gatwick continues to work towards being the UK’s most sustainable airport.
