The One:One Collection and The WonderWorks

Located at Hornby’s historic Margate site in Kent, The WonderWorks celebrates the creativity, craftsmanship and heritage behind some of Britain’s most loved hobby brands, with exhibits exploring model making, design and the stories behind Hornby, Airfix, Scalextric, Corgi and more. Neighbouring The One:One Collection brings together some of the most iconic and historically important UK railway locomotives, rolling stock and artefacts at full 1:1 scale. While the collection is not yet open to the public, it will eventually showcase remarkable pieces of railway history – from legendary steam locomotives such as Royal Scot and Black Five to historically significant vehicles including Sir Winston Churchill’s funeral carriage – offering visitors a rare chance to experience these engineering landmarks up close.

• Pictures may be taken at this event. If you do not wish your picture to be taken, please let us know ahead of the event.
• Bookings will remain open until the event itself, but please note that if you book with less than 24 hours to go, your name won’t be on the “List of Attendees” or the “Signing in Sheet”, and you won’t have a “Name Badge” on arrival.
• As a Chamber Member, you will have exclusive access to the “List of Attendees”.
