This comprehensive and highly popular programme is an essential starting point for anyone looking to run their own business. Due to Covid 19 these are being held as webinars. Delivered as a small group session with like-minded people, attendees will benefit from factsheets, discounts, local supplier benefits, free web resources, a PR package, potential extra one to one support and a series of intensive web based workshops that will cover the following topics;
Workshop 1 – The Plan
Test your business idea, develop your market research, establish proof of concept, understand the elements of a business plan, assess and source your funding requirements. Optional 1:1’s in the afternoon.
Workshop 2 – Making the Sale
Build a brand, writing a press release, understand your sales processes, develop customer contacts, utilise social media, identify your routes to market, How to sell? and to whom? Optional 1:1’s in the afternoon.
Workshop 3 – Money Management
Pricing, planning your cash flow, know your tax and VAT requirements, sensible easy to follow bookkeeping, funding and getting paid. Removing the barriers to start up, where to find further help and support, press package and PR, writing a business plan.
