As discussions shift to starting to plan to return to work, we bring you a series of expert-led, sector specific events to discuss returning back to the work place. Each week we will be going through the different sector’s discussing our meticulously crafted checklist each industry should consider ahead of their return.

Each session will last just 30 minutes, hosted by Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Deputy CEO Tudor Price, followed by 15 minutes expert-led discussion, and 10 minutes Q&A session. Our aim in these 30 minutes is to give you invaluable knowledge and help guide you in taking those first steps in preparing to return back to work and create a platform for your questions to be answered.

For our first session, we will focus on the Construction Industry, led by Tim Sheppard Smart Support.

Our Coronavirus Breakout workshop/webinar gives you a checklist so you can:

  • Be motivated by your business
  • Look after your people
  • Understand the new world we are in
  • Take financial control
  • Optimise your operations
  • Develop simple marketing and sales strategies

Running a business is hard, and that was before Coronavirus! As we start to come out of lockdown there is a maze of information and a never-ending series of challenges meaning you may end up like a rabbit in the headlights, overwhelmed and lost. The end result is you can spend valuable time and energy on unimportant things and not on those that really help your business. By the end of the event you will have gained a better knowledge on how to return to work, and prioritise the important steps.
