IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS 

When you arrive, you will be entitled to free parking. In order to receive this, you will need to scan the QR code located in the reception area or in the foyer area inside the main meeting area. Once you have scanned this it will ask you to enter your number plate and the duration of your stay. The event will run from 10:30am – 12:00pm, however, please ensure you give yourself enough time around this. Please also note that a penalty charge notice will be automatically issues if your registration is not entered, entered incorrectly or you overstay the time you selected when registering the parking. If you have any queries on the day, the reception team at the hotel would be happy to help.
