With this in mind why not come and join us for Business Walks taking place at The Historic Dockyard Chatham and get ready to Connect, Collaborate and Support other business owners, professionals and employees through walking and talking.

This informal event will give you an opportunity to promote your business and make invaluable connections with local businesses in Kent. ‘Business Walks’ is a new networking event, free to both members and non-members. Each month will be in a new location, so to be inclusive of all businesses in Kent.

The story of Chatham Dockyard and its people can be discovered in our immersive exhibition galleries, such as Command of the Oceans and The Ropery. Explore three historic warships to learn about warship construction, refit and repair and examine important objects related to the Dockyard and the wider maritime world from the collections of Royal Museums Greenwich and Imperial War Museums.

Where else can you hold a business meeting among the very timbers where legendary Admirals have planned historic battles? Say your wedding vows under sails that have witnessed timeless stories of love and loyalty across the world’s oceans? Or celebrate special occasions in rooms where illustrious heroes have rejoiced in their greatest victories?

• Bookings will remain open until the event itself, but please note that if you book with less than 24 hours to go, your name won’t be on the “List of Attendees” or the “Signing in Sheet” and you won’t have a “Name Badge” on arrival.
• As a Chamber Member, you will have exclusive access to the “List of Attendees”.
