Join us for the next Kent Invicta LIVE webinar where we will be discussing ‘A Smooth Transition Back To Work’. Hosted by Andrew Metcalf Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce with guest speakers Nick Hobden and Michelle Rule from Thomson Snell & Passmore LLP.

As the Prime Minister is starting to announce plans for how the country can start to transition out of lockdown, this webinar will look at the key things businesses need to consider when looking to return to work. This will include key considerations in terms of ensuring businesses fulfil their obligations to employees by providing a safe working environment, as well as how to accommodate employees who do not feel comfortable returning to an office environment, or those who may not be able to due to child care commitments.

In addition, it will also look at key commercial considerations, such as dealing with suppliers, how a new supply chain could look and how to ensure contractual obligations that may have been disrupted during lockdown can now be fulfilled.
