This workshop will identify what accelerating change means to your sales activity and the main areas where you need to focus. It will enable you to develop your sales skills and during the workshop prepare a practical, deliverable Sales Action Plan to strengthen your business.
After the event, attendee’s are offered a free follow-up session to drive home the Sales Action Plan messages and deliver results.
I am an experienced, delivery focused business coach with extensive international, manufacturing and sales experience. As a successful director and senior manager with an acute understanding of the pressures involved in producing results in today’s business world, I have valuable insight into the key drivers for success.
I studied Business Studies and hold the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) Diploma and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Coaching and Mentoring qualification.
My career has included excellent international experience gained at Nestlé, Kimberly-Clark and Mondi Packaging. Positions held have been in brand & marketing management, sales directorships, general management roles and for the past 9 years as Managing Director of SICO Europe, the European operation of a global manufacturing business. During this time, I also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Manufacturing Group of the British Education Suppliers Association (BESA).
