We are a fine dining restaurant and cocktail bar specialising in fresh, seasonal and local ingredients, 10ft from the tranquil Hythe Beach.
Previously known as Hythe Bay, the restaurant has recently been through an extensive refurbishment and rebranding to bring both the warmth and character back to the restaurant.
Whether you are dining inside, taking in the stunning sea views, sitting out on the sun terrace, enjoying cocktails at the bar or a classic family Sunday roast, the Waterfront provides the ultimate fine-dining experience.
