Orchard Farm is 14 hectares of land located in Kennington on the northern edge of Ashford, five miles from the historic village of Wye, in Kent. It is being developed by Orchard Farm Kent Ltd (OFKL) a partnership between Steenvlinder the leading social and community driven developer for self-build in the Netherlands and Urbanise, a successful Kent based developer who ensures good design, sustainability and community engagement are at the heart of all projects.
Together with our self builders we will create the first sustainable self-built community in Kent.
The first stage of 25 plots will be launched in autumn 2023.
