As a Licensed Henpicked Menopause in the Workplace Trainer, I aim to help make all employers menopause friendly. I want to help make menopause an inclusive subject that no one is afraid or embarrassed to discuss.

I commit to helping support organisations to create a great workplace and give employees the confidence to ask for help and support if needed. Following the fantastic progress that my colleagues at Henpicked: Menopause in the Workplace have made with inspirational, larger organisations, it’s my role to bring this opportunity to all businesses, no matter their size; menopause is a priority for everyone. Through the provision of tried, tested, and trusted CPD-registered training materials, I’ll work with your organisation’s colleagues and leaders to help change hearts and minds around menopaause.

I am also a nutritionist, health coach and pharmacist; I can provide individual or corporate clients with more natural and holistic solutions and can help with any medical questions about taking HRT. Using a functional medicine approach, we delve into understanding the root causes of your symptoms to create a sustainable plan that will help you feel yourself again.

My goal is to help you regain your physical health and sense of self, confidence, and the life that you envision rather than feeling forced into a reality dictated by your symptoms.

For the individual, I offer three-month coaching solutions to maake sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle. For Corporates, I work with the business to provide education and coaching services tailored to the business needs.

As someone who has experienced first-hand the ups and downs of menopause, you can be sure that I understand just how vital information is to bring about positive change.
