How do we do this? We work with you to understand your wishes and then undertake a detailed process of engagement with your community to understand the needs of your area. Together with our team of the very best local Architects and Planning Consultants, we then create a design that reflects those needs, carefully planned out to ensure the value of your land is maximised.

Once planning permission is obtained, your land is then sold on the open market. All we ask for in return is a pre agreed percentage of the profit. It is as straight forward as that.

This means that YOU can benefit from any increase in the profit made, and not just the developer!
