This National Trust property in Sevenoaks needed access to the roof to help relocate a roof vent. We were required to provide access with an access tower (cherry picker) and repair the roof once the vent was relocated.

I just wanted you to know that I met with the contractor from Metro today, and how impressed I was with the guy.

He inspected the leak, and agreed it was a bad one, he then went out of his way to find out if there was any access to the roof in a communal area, he found one, it was very very tight, but he manage to squeeze up there.

He then went up and did a further inspection externally, and then did a TEMPRORY fix to try and slow down the dripping, until it could be repaired properly, when he could have just looked.
