About the Founder:
Lucy Cameron owns IQ4 Business and left a successful corporate career to begin her own business, so she could spend more quality time with her family and three children. Lucy has a Master’s degree in Business, honours degree in Economics and diplomas in Learning and Development Management, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Performance Coaching. Creating her own business from scratch has been a long and sometimes gruelling journey.
Many business coaches have never personally experienced what it’s like to develop a successful and sustainable enterprise of their own – so Lucy is one of those rare Business Growth Experts who has hands-on experience and fully appreciates the challenges that face other business owners. She recognises this as being extremely important which is why this a requirement for Business Growth Experts joining the team, ensuring they have also ‘walked the walk’.
Lucy and her team have extensive experience in delivering Leadership & Management training and they are designated Business Growth Experts for the Manufacturing Growth Programme. Her growing team of Business Growth Experts and trained Action Coaches use the world-renowned Action Coach business tools and systems to empower business owners to increase profits, empower their teams and help them to create businesses that grow successfully without them having to micromanage.
