The Invicta Linux ethos is bound to two factors: control and privacy. We believe in the business need to retain control of their data and key network services This doesn’t mean they need to master everything within their network but the need to know exactly what goes on should be a right, not a privilege. The second factor is privacy. In today’s world it’s easy to overlook just how important privacy is, but should a businesses financial information or customer list become public then that can be hugely damaging, if not threatening the existence of the business completely. We work with businesses to find the ideal compromise between security, privacy and achieving maximum efficiency.
We provide our goods and services on a Contract Hire basis. In short, our existence depends on working with our clients and evolving with their business as well as keeping our systems refreshed. We help you get what you pay for, we are not an ‘insurance’.
Our servers are also built on Linux, such as used by Amazon, Google, Smart TV’s and much more that you already own and use. The origins of the technology are in 1992 just 10yrs after IBM launched the PC. It is tried, tested, scalable, long-term and much more. Today almost the entire web runs off of the same technology we use, as well as most car infotainment systems.
The second arm of our business is licensing. We sell and renew critical businesses licenses to businesses that don’t require a full hands on installation. We provide assistance and hand-holding and should companies need a little more assistance we’re always happy to help.
Our clients value trust very highly, knowing that we will only supply solutions that values and respects their data and who has access to it. Blindly using cheap cloud services is not an option for them.
