Pain in the body can affect life a lot or a little – but left without treatment, it can become worse, and interfere with achieving your goals in life, in business, or from doing what you want to do and even create severe risks.
Here at Have a PainFree Body, we work to achieve just this – a body that is restored to its previous pain-free state.

Pain can be caused by and affect all aspects of life:
Home
Work
Recreation
Family life
Posture

We help both adults and children with:
Back pain
Neck pain
Shoulder pain
Muscle pain
Joint pain
Long-term pain
New pain
Sporting injuries
Rehab after surgery, or lack of movement
Pain caused from work – desks, or static positions

Treatment:
Anatomy in Motion – AiM therapy is based on principles of muscle and joint movements as part of one system (the body).
We use a variety of soft tissue techniques to resolve pain by working on your muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia and nerves.

During any type of movement – daily functional or sporting, the joints, ligaments and muscles in your body have a role to play and everything is dependent on all other parts being capable of doing their job to function optimally.

When your body reduces movement to protect something, perhaps due to previous injury for example, it exposes other areas which can become at risk of tissue injury – this may or may not be at the site of pain.

AiM encourages movement rather than staying still, because the body was made to move.

All joints are moving together as they should be; sometimes, they lose their way and need to be shown the right way back!

Once we have investigated the issues through the assessments, a personalised treatment programme is set out, and discussed with you.

Our clinics are in West Malling and Sevenoaks.

Treatment starts after completion of assessments and after a personalised treatment programme has been created. The treatment programme is based on all findings of the assessment, and a holistic treatment approach. The types of assessments include postural, movement, areas experiencing pain and the level of pain. The treatment is for the areas experiencing the pain, as well as the source(s) of that pain.

For back pain or joint injury rehabilitation treatment, we use a combination of treatment techniques to achieve the best results.

The types of techniques used are based on;

  • The length of time since the pain started or injury occurred.
  • The severity of the pain or injury.
  • The likely source(s) of the pain.

Different techniques are used at different stages of the treatment programme to enhance the healing/recovery process of the muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia and nerves.
