Delorme houses are a circular house with a steel structure. The house has a rectangular plan with dimensions on the structural axes: 7.28 m x 12.90 m (depending on the house model).

The roof of the building is made in the form of circular structures. The height from the ground level to the ridge is approximately 6.9 m . The ground floor level (±0.00) was raised above the ground by 80 cm. In the middle of the longitudinal wall, an adjacent cuboid-shaped vestibule was designed.

The building does not have a basement. It consists of a ground floor and a first floor in the form of a mezzanine. The mezzanine was designed for approximately 2/3 of the length of the building. The building was designed as a steel frame structure.

Our houses are built on reinforced concrete footings under the  supporting frame pillars and mezzanine pillars. We designed footings along the longitudinal and transverse walls  to support the foundation walls.
