Diligence (PM) Services Ltd

Diligence is a Project Management Consultancy specialising in Utilities & Infrastructure including Electricity, Water, Comms, Rail and Developments.  We were formed in 2014, with the first contract award being with Thames Water Utilities Ltd.

Nicola Coppen is the Managing Director and has extensive experience in the field of Utilities and Infrastructure including through work various Incumbent Water Companies, Distribution Network Operators and as the Infrastructure and Utilities Project Manager at Ebbsfleet Development Corporation.  Nicola was the first Infrastructure Coordinator to be placed  in London at Westminster City Council.

Paul Tilley is Project Director with extensive experience in Rail – from infrastructure projects to maintenance, Possessions and Health & Safety.  Paul also works on heritage projects including buildings, structures and developments.

Working across Kent and with a commission to advise Central Government through the Ministry of Justice, Diligence are a well respected, professional small enterprise with big ambitions.
