Mental Fitness and Wellbeing

My ultimate aim is to reduce death by suicide because my dad took his own life and I have known more than ten friends who have also died this way.

I combine my twenty six years of sports coaching expertise and mental health wellbeing training to provide individuals and their organisations with the knowledge, skills and confidence, so they can pro-actively improve their self-care, performance, productivity and happiness.

Simon's life experience and background in coaching together with his collaborative approach to learning make him an ideal Mental Health Tutor. Simon created and delivered a bespoke workshop for us for families who needed support with their physical and mental well-being. We gave Simon a brief of what we needed and he created two full workshops that were delivered to families (parents and children of all ages) together as one group.

The workshops gave the families a great insight into how to improve their well-being and got them working together as a group, we had excellent feedback from all the families about the workshops and this is something we hope to do again in the future.
