Attendees gained insight into the role of the Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner, including how businesses could identify automation opportunities, improve operational efficiency, support responsible AI adoption and build future-ready systems without losing the human element.
The session also explored workforce transformation, productivity challenges, operational bottlenecks, and how apprenticeship levy funding could be used to develop AI capability internally across teams and departments.
