Keynote Speakers For Kent AI Conference

Microsoft’s Ashley Jeggo and Technology Broadcaster Georgie Barrat confirmed as Keynote Speakers for Kent AI Conference, 24 June 2026.
Kent’s first dedicated business AI conference has confirmed its keynote speakers ahead of its inaugural event this summer, with Microsoft’s Ashley Jeggo opening the day and technology journalist and broadcaster Georgie Barrat delivering the closing keynote.
Kent AI Conference takes place on Wednesday 24 June 2026 at the Mercure Great Danes Hotel, Maidstone. Created for business leaders, decision-makers and professionals across Kent, the event is designed to help organisations better understand the practical opportunities, challenges and realities of AI adoption.
Delivered in association with Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, with programme support from Microsoft and Select Technology, the conference focuses on real-world applications of AI that can improve productivity, performance and growth.
Opening Keynote: The AI-Powered Workplace
Ashley Jeggo, AI Workforce SMB Sales Lead at Microsoft UK&I, will open the conference. Drawing on Microsoft’s global perspective on AI strategy, workforce development and business transformation, the session will explore how organisations are already using AI to reshape operations, decision-making and employee productivity.
Working directly with businesses adopting AI-enabled ways of working, Ashley will provide practical insight into what AI means for organisations today – and how leaders can begin approaching it with greater confidence and clarity.
Closing Keynote: AI Powered By You
Closing the conference, Georgie Barrat will deliver AI Powered By You: How Technology Can Amplify What People Do Best.
In a world where access to AI tools is rapidly becoming universal, Georgie’s keynote explores one of the biggest questions facing organisations today: what makes people valuable in the age of AI?
Blending storytelling, cultural insight and real-world AI workflows, the session will look beyond the hype to explore how businesses and individuals can use AI to enhance creativity, decision-making and human potential – rather than replace it.
Georgie Barrat is a technology journalist, broadcaster and keynote speaker specialising in artificial intelligence, the future of work and how emerging technology is reshaping everyday life. Best known as a presenter on The Gadget Show, she has spent more than a decade translating complex technology into clear, engaging and accessible stories for mainstream audiences.
