Thomson Snell & Passmore Appoints Sarah Easton As Head Of Real Estate

Law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has appointed Sarah Easton as Head of Real Estate. Sarah, who has been with the firm since 2010, is an experienced development lawyer who currently leads the Land & Development team.

She will continue to work with Kate Turnham leading the Land & Development Team and alongside Joanne Wright who leads the Commercial Real Estate team and Matthew Grogan and Laura Keatley, who lead the Real Estate Finance team, helping to drive continued growth for the department.

The Real Estate team at Thomson Snell & Passmore is one of the largest most experienced in the region, with further plans for growth. It has built up a reputation for delivering commercial advice and a London style service that helps businesses achieve their objectives as swiftly and cost effectively as possible.

The size of the team and level of experience and expertise that it has, means it can deploy specialist Real Estate, Planning, Disputes and Construction lawyers at all levels. It also draws on support from the firm’s very strong Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Litigation, Employment and Private Wealth teams.
