Rap Interiors Design and Deliver A4G’s Office Refurbishment
Client Brief
A4G relocated to new offices in Kent and appointed us to design and refurbish the space, creating a modern workplace to support its growing team.
The project transformed the existing space into a modern open-plan workspace designed to support the company’s operations for around 60 employees. The brief included two additional meeting rooms and an interior that reflected the company’s brand.
Our Office Refurbishment Solution
We created clearly defined zones using contrasting flooring, with a wood-effect luxury vinyl tile (LVT) walkway through the centre and grey carpet tiles to distinguish workstation areas.
The office was redecorated in crisp white to create a bright, contemporary working environment.
Feature Wall
An unused wall was transformed into a striking feature with acoustic timber slats and illuminated acrylic signage displaying the A4G logo.
The feature wall has become a focal point for celebrating achievements, sharing company updates and welcoming visitors.
Office Furniture & Meeting Rooms
We supplied new desks, task chairs and pedestal storage, along with two acoustic meeting pods to provide quiet spaces for private calls and virtual meetings. The client’s brand colours were incorporated into the furniture fabrics to add their corporate identity within the office.
To reduce waste, two existing storage walls were retained and repositioned to improve the layout and create a dedicated printing area while maintaining the open-plan feel.
We also constructed two new meeting rooms, with partitioning and matching joinery designed to integrate seamlessly with the existing office.
The Results
The completed office provides a bright, modern and collaborative workspace that supports teamwork while offering dedicated areas for meetings, focused work and private conversations.
The redesigned layout makes better use of the available space, reflects A4G’s brand and creates a professional, welcoming environment for employees and clients.
