Is Technology Holding Your Business Back?

In the workplace we’re continually having to adapt to evolving technology. From the way we engage with documents and spreadsheets, to the changing landscape of cybersecurity threats, AI and more. As a result, many workers can feel like their skillsets are leaving them a step behind.

Anxiety around technology in the workplace is commonplace, with 80% of people having struggled with the condition. Our Tech Anxiety Index 2026 aims to explore the state of play with mental health in the workplace among those using technology, the key challenges and pain points and, importantly, what can be done over the coming years so workers feel comfortable and better prepared for enhanced technology.

The Tech Anxiety Report 2026 is the result of an in-depth study of 800 workers who use a computer or laptop daily in the UK, in various positions and services, to understand their relationship with technology in correspondence with their roles.
