Bridging The Gap: South East Water Launches Dedicated Newsletter For Businesses
At South East Water, we understand that clear communication is the backbone of a resilient business community. Following valuable feedback from local businesses over recent months, we recognised a clear need to bridge the communication gap between the water supplier and the commercial sector.
Because the Open Market means water suppliers often don’t have a direct billing relationship with businesses, it can be difficult for organisations to get the specific updates they need. We are changing that.
We are delighted to announce the launch of our dedicated quarterly newsletter for businesses and non-households, designed to open direct channels of communication and foster stronger relationships with the businesses we serve across Kent, Sussex, Berkshire, Hampshire and Surrey.
What to Expect
Our goal is transparency and support. Every three months, we will provide high-value insights directly to your inbox, including:
- Water-Saving Tips: Practical, actionable ways to reduce consumption and overhead costs.
- Environmental Protection: Updates on our collaborative work with farmers and landowners, plus details on our Capital Grants Scheme.
- Success Stories: Real-life examples of how we’ve supported local non-households in driving down water usage.
- Engineering Updates: A behind-the-scenes look at how we are investing in the network to secure long-term supply for the region.
- The Latest News: Essential updates on policy changes and network performance.
Join Us for the First Edition
