Brachers Welcomes New Executive Director Of Client Engagement And Growth

Brachers is pleased to welcome Dina Henry, who joins the firm as Executive Director of Client Engagement and Growth.

Dina brings more than 43 years’ experience in banking and financial services, working closely with personal, business and charity clients, with a strong focus on client care, service quality and long‑term relationships. She joins Brachers from CAF Bank, where she held the executive leadership role of Chief Operating Officer and later Executive Director for Growth and Engagement, with responsibility for strengthening client experience alongside driving sustainable growth. Prior to this, she spent 32 years at Duncan Lawrie as Regional Director for the South East & Kent and Head of Service Standards, where she played a central role in shaping a consistent, client‑focused approach to service delivery.

Throughout her career, Dina has operated at board and executive committee level, including as a board director at a major UK payments network and as a member of strategic committees examining the future of payments and card technology.

A highly regarded relationship‑builder, Dina is known for her ability to connect clients, colleagues and professional networks to create lasting and successful partnerships. As a Kent Ambassador, she has strong connections across the region and a deep understanding of the local business community.

With offices in Maidstone, Canterbury and Dover, Brachers continues to invest in the growth of its services and its people, following a year of significant momentum. In her new role, Dina will lead on client engagement and business development, supporting partners and teams to focus on the right opportunities while strengthening client relationships. Her appointment supports the firm’s ambitions to extend its reach and further strengthen its reputation in the region.
