Brachers Recognised As One Of The South East’s Most Recommended Law Firms

Kent law firm Brachers has been recognised as the second most recommended law firm in the South East in new client research published by The Legal 500, based on client Net Promoter Score (NPS).
The ranking is a strong endorsement of Brachers’ commitment to client service, reflecting the firm’s focus on listening carefully, acting on feedback and delivering clear, practical advice that responds to clients’ needs.
The Legal 500 analysis draws on client responses to the question: ‘On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend this firm?’ The responses are used to calculate a Net Promoter Score for each firm, providing an independent measure of client satisfaction, service quality and the strength of client relationships.
This latest recognition sits alongside consistently positive client feedback on ReviewSolicitors, where Brachers is rated 4.9 out of 5 from more than 700 reviews. Together, these results demonstrate the trust clients place in the firm and the value they attach to its responsive, supportive and commercially focused service.
Joanna Worby, Managing Partner at Brachers, said: “We’re delighted to be recognised so highly by clients. Listening to our clients is central to the way we work, helping us understand what matters most to them, respond to their priorities and continually improve the service we provide. This result is a real reflection of the dedication of our teams and the care they put into building trusted, long-term relationships with every client.”
The ranking adds to a strong year of independent directory success for Brachers, including its recent recognition in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2026 for Private Wealth Disputes (South) for the first time, alongside its maintained ranking for Private Wealth Law (Kent). The combined recognition reinforces the firm’s reputation for technical expertise, client care and long-standing relationships across its specialist teams.
