Brachers Advises On Sale Of Luxury Homeware Brand Beaumont & Fletcher

Brachers’ Corporate Team has advised Jana Durisova, owner of Beaumont & Fletcher Limited, on the successful sale of the business to Aspraes Limited.

Founded in 1989, Beaumont & Fletcher is a London-based luxury homeware retailer renowned for its handmade furniture, embroidered fabrics, and timeless design. The brand has built a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and elegance, serving discerning clients in the high-end interiors market.

Aspraes Limited, led by Chris Williams, is a long-standing supplier of premium soft furnishings and upholstery. The acquisition marks brings these two complimentary businesses with a joint commitment to artisanal quality and design excellence.

The Brachers deal team was led by Matt Simmonds (Corporate Partner) and Kieron Cummins (Corporate Senior Associate) with assistance from Thomas Wells (Corporate Solicitor) and Charlotte Berthel (Corporate Paralegal). The team worked closely with Kay O’Reilly, Victoria Hillidge and Sarah Petrie from Cube Partners, who advised on corporate finance, accountancy, tax and company secretarial matters.
