Brachers Advises Jordan Reflectors Limited On Sale Of Emergency Lighting Products To Prime Light Group

Brachers LLP’s Corporate Team has successfully advised Jordan Reflectors Limited (part of the Jordan Reflektoren GmbH & Co KG group of companies) on the sale of its subsidiary, Emergency Lighting Products (ELP), to Prime Light Group, a leading UK-based specialist in lighting components, controls, and smart lighting solutions.

Emergency Lighting Products, headquartered in West Sussex, is a well-established manufacturer of emergency lighting systems, providing products that ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a wide range of sectors including commercial, industrial, and public buildings. The acquisition by Prime Light Group, headquartered in London, strengthens its portfolio and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive lighting solutions across the UK and Europe. Prime Light Group is supported and funded by Private Equity firm Baytree Capital.

The Brachers deal team was led by Matt Simmonds (Corporate Partner), Thomas Wells (Corporate Solicitor) and Charlotte Berthel (Corporate Paralegal).
