Affordable Room Hire That Supports A Local Charity

Do you need an affordable meeting room or small conference area? Our Centre in Maidstone (72 College Road) has a selection of rooms available for hire. We have a large Community Room 40′ x 22′ (max. seating 60 people) at just £25 per hour to rent. It also adjoins a kitchen area with a hatch, to access your self-catering facilities. Our Lounge is ideal for smaller meetings 20′ x 13′ (max. seating 10 people) costs just £15 per hour to hire. Next to this room is our Training Kitchen, with a tables and seating for max. 16 people – 23′ x 14”.

Room hire is competitively priced and the rooms are suitable for a variety of uses. You can use our rooms for meetings, presentations, events, 1-2-1 meetings or counselling sessions.

Our rooms are fully accessible for people with disabilities. There is wheelchair access at the rear of the building, and you can take the lift to the ground floor. We can also offer self-catering facilities. We are delighted to offer discounted prices for charities, community organisations and Local Authority partners.
