The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce are delighted to invite employers, stakeholders and partners to join this special briefing on the Government’s Youth Employment Programmes.

This informative session will provide an update on the Youth Job Grant, launched on 30 June 2026, which offers businesses support to recruit and develop young talent, alongside an overview of the forthcoming Youth Guarantee, scheduled to launch on 23 November 2026. These initiatives are designed to help more young people access employment opportunities while supporting employers to address workforce and recruitment challenges.

Bringing together employers, local authorities, education providers, training organisations and community partners from across Kent, this briefing will explore how we can work collectively to create meaningful pathways into employment, training and career development for young people.

Whether you are looking to strengthen your talent pipeline, support your local community, or learn more about the Government’s latest employment initiatives, this session will provide valuable insight into the opportunities available and how your organisation can get involved.
