Join Wellbeing leaders and teams at our contemporary breakfast networking event with a focus on Wellbeing in the Workplace in-line with World Mental Health Day, in partnership with Eastwell Manor, Champneys Hotel & Spa.

For 2019’s World Mental Health Day, we would like to invite you to join us for an event rich in Health & Wellbeing held on the beautiful, tranquil grounds of Eastwell Manor in the Rose Garden Room.
Your day will commence at 7:30am followed by a delicious, healthy breakfast from 8am with Chai Seed pots, Champneys granola compote pots, a selection of open bagels and a variety of fruit accompanied by smoothie shots and other fruit juices.
You will then hear from KEiBA ‘Employer of the Year’ champions Sleeping Giant Media and all about how and why they adopted a wellbeing-focused initiative in the workplace and the benefit of doing so.
‘Head of People’ Nell Sanders has been at Sleeping Giant Media for five years, striving to better support the Giants and empower them in their work life. Creating a working culture that supports wellbeing in the workplace. Her background is in learning and development, having come from running an effective training department in a fostering agency. During her time with Sleeping Giant Media, she has implemented a number of high impact initiatives, including their most talked-about benefit – Unlimited Holiday, learn new cultures and initiatives that could be implemented in your work place.
You will also be hearing from Stephanie Unthank of Infinity Wellness Project. “Designing workplace wellness sessions is a passion of mine. Having worked in the corporate environment for a Global Organisation for over 18 years, I have a true understanding of what it’s like to try and find some balance in life.” Stephanie has an appreciation for how difficult it can be to manage work and home. Harnessed with this you will gain tools to help you in your transformation of awareness of wellbeing in the work place.
After hearing from the speakers, you will have the chance to network with like-minded local businesses and have an opportunity to experience a five minute mini-treatment from an Eastwell Manor, Champneys Hotel & Spa therapist to ease the tension and refresh you for the rest of your working day.
