Our next Webinar event ‘Investing in upskilling and reskilling programmes is a strategic priority‘ will be delivered by Jason Hargreaves, founding and MD of “The Education & Skills Partnership Ltd” (ESP)

Jason Hargreaves, co-owner and Managing Director, The Education and Skills Partnership Ltd.

Jason has spent over 25 years in management, 24 of which spent in the education sector itself, developing, analysing, delivering, and assessing training programmes for businesses throughout the UK.

He is the co-founder and co-owner of The Education and Skills Partnership, a multi award-winning Kent based company, and personally instrumental in the current roll out of 5,500 apprentices so far for BT and Openreach. He has provided strategic input into development of inhouse training academies for global brands such as Estee Lauder Companies, and set up training solutions for the NHS, Premier football clubs, start-ups, and SMEs in most industry sectors.

One of Jason’s fundamental outstanding differences to most, is that he actually listens to what clients want. And it’s this ethos that spills down throughout his employees and has seen his business more than double in growth in the past year.

According to LinkedIn 2022 Workplace Learning Report, employees who feel that their skills are not being put to good use in their current job, are 10 times more likely to be looking for a new job, than those who feel their skills are being put to good use.

In addition 79% of Learning and Development professionals agree: “it’s less expensive to reskill a current employee than to hire a new one”.

The market place is turbulent as it is, yet the compounded effect of the skills shortage, the fight to retain and recruit talent is having a far greater impact on businesses.
