Guest Speaker – Matthew Cunliffe, Sports and exercise psychologist and mental skills coach. 

Matthew believes in human performance, personal growth, and in thinking differently. He does this by using specialist knowledge from sport psychology, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), high performance development, psychometric testing and mental toughness. Matt is works alongside the Paralympic games, and will be discussing developing a high performance environment to win gold medals, and how to generate high performance in the workplace.
