There are a limited number of places available due to capacity restrictions and as a result of these constraints we are only accepting one representative per organisation at this specific event and we will be prioritising manufacturing and engineering organisations in the first instance. If we reach maximum numbers a waiting list will be put in place and you will be notified by email.

Bookings will remain open until the event itself, but please note that if you book with less than 24 hours to go, your name won’t be on the “Signing in Sheet” and you won’t have a “Name Badge” on arrival.
Kent & Medway Manufacturing Focus Group (KMFG) is a networking and business group for Manufacturing & Engineering organisations across Kent and Medway offering a unique access to peers and colleagues, sector specific information, advice and support.

KMFG is open to all organisations operating or directly supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering sector in Kent & Medway, whether they are chamber members or not.

KMFG will enable the Manufacturing & Engineering sector to influence in a more concerted way the different agenda’s that are key to business growth and success.
Kent & Medway Skills Bus
The Kent & Medway Skills Bus is a partnership between the three Kent further education partners, East Kent Colleges Group, MidKent College, North Kent College and Runway Training. The bus showcases three Kent based projects that are funded by the Local Skills Improvement Fund (LSIF).
The bus will be at KMFG and will specifically highlight the project directly relating to the Manufacturing & Engineering Sector:

This project will increase the capacity and capability of the Regions Further Education providers to support employers to train their existing and future workforce in higher technical and digital skills needed by modern manufacturing businesses.

Dan is the Head of Skills, Employment & Adult Education at Medway Council and will be sharing information on the economic growth in Medway as well as the key themes from their Skills & Employability Plan.
