We are looking forward to welcoming you all to celebrate the successes of the inspirational women in our local business community. This is an important occasion to foster collaboration and demonstrate the comradery of our Network. Kent is home to a dynamic and thriving community of women driving change in various industries, with this in mind, we are excited to bring together a panel of empowering speakers who will discuss their journey, as well as how we can strengthen this community and showcase the fantastic work of our local businesswomen.

Meet The Speakers
Becky Simms – Reflect Digital
Becky is the Founder and CEO of Human First Collective, a collection of digital businesses united by a mission to create space for human brilliance in a fast-evolving world shaped by tech and AI.
Recognised in the BIMA100 for five consecutive years, Becky is considered one of the top 100 people shaping the future of the UK digital industry. In 2025, one of her businesses ranked 3rd in Campaign’s Best Places to Work, a testament to her commitment to culture, well-being, and continuous people development.
Passionate about creating opportunity through digital, Becky also leads Aspiration Digital, a not-for-profit initiative inspiring the next generation of digital leaders.
Becky was recognised for her outstanding contribution to business at the 2025 Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce Awards, alongside her company, Reflect Digital, winning Employer of the Year.
She brings her industry expertise into national conversations as a member of the UK Government’s Digital Skills Council, working to close the digital skills gap and futureproof the workforce.
Holly Broadley – Oasis Domestic Abuse Service: 
Holly is Partnerships Manager at Oasis Domestic Abuse Service, a charity supporting survivors of abuse across Kent and Medway. She works with businesses and organisations to improve the day-to-day experience of survivors, increase awareness of the impact of abuse and raise funds to support the charity’s lifesaving work.
Holly joined Oasis following a 14 year career as a family law barrister in the South East of England. Using her legal background, she now works with stakeholders to enhance the support available to survivors navigating the court process.
Annette Buss – Kennedys Accounting Services: 
Nettie joined Kennedys Accounting in 2015, bringing her experience in business management which encompasses a background in banking, business development and business support. Her extensive experience in the running and development of companies is where her passion lies and she enjoys working directly with business owners for both strategy and at board level. Nettie is both a Board member and Vice- Chairperson of the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce, for which she is also Chairperson for the Ashford Economic Development Group. An avid fan of Tennis and Rugby as well as playing golf.
