Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is inviting businesses to take part in an online roundtable to share views on proposed changes to zero hours and low hours contracts.
This session will gather real business insights to inform the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) response to Government. Your feedback will directly support national lobbying on behalf of businesses.

About the Consultation:
The Government consultation forms part of the Make Work Pay agenda and is seeking views on proposed reforms including:
- Thresholds for guaranteed hours
- Reference periods (12, 26 or 52 weeks)
- Notice periods for shift changes and cancellations
- Compensation for short notice cancellations
