About Laura and Barry Ash

Laura and Barry Ash are the founders and owners of Rock Solid Health.

During their time in business they have spoken on multiple stages including the UK’s largest fitness expo BodyPower and have appeared on the Channel 5star TV Show It’s your Fault I’m Fat as trainers to a family.

They have written articles for magazines and also spoken on radio shows talking all things mental, and physical health and how to look after your wellbeing.

One of their biggest achievements is being partner with Wellity who provide well-being solutions to corporate companies.

They are authors of a children’s book “The Adventures of the Good Food Gang” and taught 5040 children in local schools with their team educating the children about where food comes from and how it effects their body.
