Employment Law Online Roundtable – Friday 6th March

Members-Only
6th March 2026 10:30 am - 6th March 2026 12:00 pm
Online via Zoom

Please note: this event is for Members Only

The Employment Rights Act will come into force from 1st April 2026, with implementation taking place in two stages. Initial provisions will be introduced in April 2026, followed by further measures in October 2026.

These changes represent one of the most significant developments in employment legislation in recent years, and they are expected to have wide-ranging implications for businesses of all sizes and sectors.

The Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce is keen to understand how prepared local organisations are for the upcoming changes and how you anticipate the Act will impact your business. Your insight is invaluable. The feedback gathered during this session will help shape our understanding of members’ priorities, inform future lobbying with central government, and identify where further clarity or support may be required.

Expert Insight from Brachers LLP

We will be joined by representatives from Chamber Patron Members Brachers LLP, who will provide expert guidance on the forthcoming legislation.

To help you prepare for both the discussion and the forthcoming changes, we encourage you to review the government factsheets outlining the new legislation in advance, which can be found her:e Employment Rights Act 2025: factsheets – GOV.UK
