Designed for busy charity leaders, trustees and finance professionals, this 30 minute session will provide insights to help you stay informed and understand what the latest changes mean for your organisation.


About Siobhan Holmes – Azets

Siobhan is a Partner at Azets specialising exclusively in the charity and not-for-profit sector for over a decade. She works with a diverse portfolio, including grant-makers, benevolent funds, fundraising charities and independent schools. While her core focus is statutory audits and independent examinations, Siobhan is passionate about supporting clients beyond compliance; providing insight on complex financial and governance matters and keeping them informed of sector developments. An active member of Azets’ NFP group, she regularly delivers sector updates, webinars, and the Azets NFP newsletter. Siobhan holds a Diploma in Charity Accounting (2015) and was named in Accountancy Age’s 35 Under 35 in 2024 for her dedication to clients and the sector. Outside work, she has served as a trustee for a local care charity and now sits on the board of a hospice as Treasurer and Chair of Finance Committee, reflecting her personal commitment to community impact.
