Business Bites are a series of short webinars on topics relevant to your company, irrespective of your size or industry. This session’s guest speaker will be Sarah Abel from TNB Skills Training.

This session explores how AI and automation are transforming operational business capability, and why organisations now need people who can effectively bridge workflows, workforce engagement, and technology implementation.
Attendees will gain insight into the role of the Level 4 AI & Automation Practitioner, including how businesses can identify automation opportunities, improve operational efficiency, support responsible AI adoption, and build future-ready systems without losing the human element.
The session will also explore workforce transformation, productivity challenges, operational bottlenecks, and how apprenticeship levy funding can be used to develop AI capability internally across teams and departments.
