About Paul McCartney – E Business Coaching

Paul spent more than 25 years in Commercial Radio, starting his career at Invicta Radio in Kent. During his time in the sector, he was responsible for generating more than £75m in revenue.

He worked with both local and national advertisers and their agencies, holding positions which included Sales Marketing Director, Group Sales Director, and Managing Director.

He was involved with the launch and running of several successful radio stations, including Ten 17, Heart 106 .2 (London) TLR and Saga Radio.

During his time in radio Paul’s passion was to help local advertisers, helping them to identify their core strengths and the benefits that each target market would value.

In 2007 he graduated from the University of Leicester with an MBA putting him in the unique position of having significant levels of practical business experience and the theoretical knowledge taught at the world’s leading business schools.

His business is now in its thirteenth year and operates around the central belief that if people work on the right things at the right time, they will move their business forward.

He prides himself on the fact that he is neither a cheerleader (work with clients, without giving them a game plan or playbook showing them how they can become successful), nor does he stick rigidly to a session plan that starts at A and ends at Z.

He believes that each of these approaches are flawed as most businesses needs help in specific areas, and so he will work on those areas that deliver the fastest results.

He starts every relationship with the client completing a Business Report which can be accessed here.

Just like an airplane, a business needs all its parts to work well and work together. When this happens, they fuel profitable, sustainable growth.

By assessing each client’s business, he is able to identify those areas that need immediate attention and provide the frameworks to strengthen them
