Business Bites are a series of short webinars on topics relevant to your company irrespective of your size or industry. This session’s guest speakers will be David Boosey from MHA and Brendan Kean from Baker Tilly Ireland.

In an increasingly complex business environment, financial leaders face growing pressure to manage economic volatility, regulatory shifts, and rising stakeholder expectations. However, with the right strategies, risk can be turned into a powerful driver of resilience, agility, and growth.

This webinar explores how CFOs and finance teams can lead confidently through uncertainty by strengthening financial foundations and embedding sustainability into long-term strategy.

Our speakers will share practical insights on how finance leaders can build resilience by planning for uncertainty, staying financially flexible, managing macroeconomic risks, and using data to drive agile, informed decisions. They will also explore how to embed ESG into strategy and reporting, moving beyond compliance to align sustainability with business goals and drive long-term value through better decision-making.

Join us for a practical, insight-rich session designed to help you navigate complexity, build resilience, uncover opportunity and lead with confidence – now and for tomorrow.
